The dividend to which this notice relates are eligible dividends for tax purposes.
On March 4, 2024, the Board declared a quarterly dividend of Cdn. $0.13 per Common Share for the period from January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024, to be paid on April 12, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2024, representing an increase of approximately 18% compared to the Cdn. $0.11 quarterly dividend paid for the same period in 2023. The Board has also declared a special dividend of Cdn. $4.00 per Common Share to be paid on April 12, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2024.
It is expected that future dividend payments will be made to shareholders of record as at the close of business on the last business day of each calendar quarter (September 30, December 31, March 31 and June 30) and that the related payment date will be the fifteenth day of the month following the record date (October 15, January 15, April 15 and July 15), or if such day is not a business day, the immediately preceding business day.
